Now that you’re getting more reviews, you need to engage with the people who are reviewing. It’s so important to reply and to consider reviews as the start to building the relationship further, and in particular, building it online.
So replying to reviews and staying in touch with your new fans is something you want to consider as an integral part of your review process. I’ve used the word fans very intentionally. It’s obviously referring to the positive reviews, but also you’re gonna have to deal at some point with some less positive comments as well.
The first thing you need to do is to make sure you go and find out where people are leaving you reviews. You need to monitor. You need to have a way of checking the different sites and bringing that information together in order to stay on top of your review process.
